I wanted to take the time to let you know of our recent experience with your company. In August we applied with Kirk Johnson for a home loan for the purchase of our dream home. From the beginning, we knew our deal would be difficult, but Kirk helped us to overcome each and every issue that arose. Because I'm self employed as a carpenter we discovered that we could not use the traditional programs to qualify. Kirk found the best program that fit our needs.
Also, when we put the contract on the home, we did not realize that the rural setting would cause us to lose so much time in the transaction. The seller's were a little difficult to work with, but Kirk jumped right in and helped to smooth things out every step of the way.
Then there was an issue with my wife's credit. She has a very common name and there were accounts showing that did not belong to her. Kirk, once again reassured us that he would work it all out and then went to work on her credit. True to his word, he worked diligently with the creditors to get the issues resolved. Because of his help our credit has been repaired and will help us in the future when we need financing.
