Courtney comes to Mann Mortgage with the experience and passion for Reverse Mortgages that started over 6 years ago.  Originally from Billings, MT, she had her start in the Reverse business back in 2003 as a processor for one of the most experienced and few Reverse Originators that started over 16 years ago, her mother.

As a Team, they closed over 500 loans in Montana and Wyoming, specializing in educating the public of the Reverse Mortgage Facts, spent the the time making sure that it was a sound choice for any individual Senior and dealt with uncommon FHA property issues.

In 2007, Courtney wanted to pursue her dream in having a Reverse Department, in which she could train Originators, have in-house processing and offer correspondent relationships to better offer the Reverse products in today's rapidly changing market.

It is Mann Mortgage with over 29 branches in 8 states that she has a "one-stop" Reverse Department that dedicates her experience to making sure that the Reverse product is educated to all "who will listen", to include safegaurds preventing fraudulent acts to Seniors, to be compliant with today's many mandated changes and most importantly, taking the responsibility that the Senior homeowner made a sound financial decision for the remainder of their Golden Years.
